The sequence of this BioBrick is a complete fail - attention: this is not a virB promoter! The part that was sent to us is actually a tetR gene (BBa_C0040) under the control of a constitutive promoter (BBa_J23105) before a double terminator (BBa_B0015)

We created a working virB promoter which can be found here: BBa_K389003.
